I really like the sketch this week over at Paper Take Weekly Challenge The DT also came up with some really inspiring ideas check it out.
For this card I wanted the Butterfly paper to be a focal point as well as the image so I layered it behind this cute little Tilda and added some glitter to it. The scallop layer is done using a Martha Stewart Border Punch and I really like the feel this little piece of lace adds. The Sentiment is computer generated.

You said the border was MS . How did you get the circle...perhaps sliced it in some way to get the circle....I love it...will you share your secret? Or, please don't tell me it's a new circle punch...haha You cards are so delicate and feminine....loving them!
