What a Surprise I Received an Award

Wow, what a great surprise to find first thing in the morning it really made my day! I was reading a new comment by Liway for my last post that had a link to her blog, My Cozy Craft Corner , I really got two surprises the first was the award the second was she's a fellow Crazy cropper who I know really well. I can't beleive she's been keeping this a secret! She's tremendously talented so make sure you check out her blog.

Now I have to get to work passing this along, I couldn't pick just 7 bloggers so I have 8 to give this to. Although there are so many more I would like to pass this on to Including the person who gave it to me!

So, once the award has been accepted, the nominee has to do the following:
*Thank the sender for nominating you.
*Make sure you link to the person that nominated you.
*Copy the logo onto your blog.
*List 7 interesting things about yourself.
*Nominate 7 Kreative Bloggers.
*Post links to their blog.
*Leave a comment for each letting them know of their nomination.

Okay, so this is where I tell you 7 "interesting" or "not so interesting" things about me. Hmmmmm.......okay, here goes!

1. I Work at a Coffee Company , but at home I drink tea.
2. I have limited craft time so I choose to be creative over TV.
3. I'm a morning person and feel like I'm wasting the weekend if I sleep in.
4. Road kill totally upsets me to the point it ruins my whole day.
5. I hate "girly" politics it makes me very uncomfortable.
6. I love the snow, but hate the cold.
7. I'm seriously wondering how I'm going to find the time to pull off Christmas.

So here are the bloggers I'm giving the award to:

*Chris-Always About Colour
*Curt- Curt's World
*Michele- The Craft Cupboard
*Caroline- Kiss- Keep It Simple
*Gibmiss-Gibmiss
*Ali-Ali's Stamping and Papercraft Heaven

Punched Border Penny Black Card

This card was a complete accident. I needed snowflakes for another project so I punched them out the nearest scrap I could find. Then I wanted to use the cute little mouse as a cut out and grabbed the same scrap and stamped him but I liked the way it looked so much I didn't cut it out I made it into a card. I attached the paper to a piece of acetate so that it kept its airy feel and added another punched piece to the back.

Recipe

-Punch Martha Stewart
-Stamp Penny Black
-Bling clear
-Dazzling Diamonds Glitter SU
-Eyelets, Turquoise

A Little House Mouse

Happy Wednesday! Happy because the week is half over. Sorry for no posts lately but there's been no Mojo here as I've had the flu over the last week. Didn't even have the energy to post the couple of cards that were already done. I'm on the mend now though so will hopefully have some energy to get something creative done soon.

This is one that I did a couple of weeks ago and I love that it's so simple. The snowflake border is stamped and embossed with bridal tinsel. The stamp is House Mouse. I watered coloured it and then put glitter on the wreath. I couldn't capture this with the picture but it is quite pretty. Thanks for stopping by-Tania
