You've got mail
I made another card similar to this a while ago but decided to change the layout a little bit to include the sentiment. Just love the colours of this paper even though they are not colours that I would normally use and they are definatly not traditional Christmas colours. Thanks for stopping by-Hugs Tania

What a Surprise I Received an Award
Wow, what a great surprise to find first thing in the morning it really made my day! I was reading a new comment by Liway for my last post that had a link to her blog, My Cozy Craft Corner , I really got two surprises the first was the award the second was she's a fellow Crazy cropper who I know really well. I can't beleive she's been keeping this a secret! She's tremendously talented so make sure you check out her blog.
Now I have to get to work passing this along, I couldn't pick just 7 bloggers so I have 8 to give this to. Although there are so many more I would like to pass this on to Including the person who gave it to me!
So, once the award has been accepted, the nominee has to do the following:
*Thank the sender for nominating you.
*Make sure you link to the person that nominated you.
*Copy the logo onto your blog.
*List 7 interesting things about yourself.
*Nominate 7 Kreative Bloggers.
*Post links to their blog.
*Leave a comment for each letting them know of their nomination.
Okay, so this is where I tell you 7 "interesting" or "not so interesting" things about me. Hmmmmm.......okay, here goes!
1. I Work at a Coffee Company , but at home I drink tea.
2. I have limited craft time so I choose to be creative over TV.
3. I'm a morning person and feel like I'm wasting the weekend if I sleep in.
4. Road kill totally upsets me to the point it ruins my whole day.
5. I hate "girly" politics it makes me very uncomfortable.
6. I love the snow, but hate the cold.
7. I'm seriously wondering how I'm going to find the time to pull off Christmas.
So here are the bloggers I'm giving the award to:
*Chris-Always About Colour
*Curt- Curt's World
*Michele- The Craft Cupboard
*Caroline- Kiss- Keep It Simple
*Gibmiss-Gibmiss
*Ali-Ali's Stamping and Papercraft Heaven
*Marcea- Marcea's crafting corner
*Lorraine-Lorraine's Loft
These are all really talented bloggers whose blogs inspire me, please check them out!

Punched Border Penny Black Card
This card was a complete accident. I needed snowflakes for another project so I punched them out the nearest scrap I could find. Then I wanted to use the cute little mouse as a cut out and grabbed the same scrap and stamped him but I liked the way it looked so much I didn't cut it out I made it into a card. I attached the paper to a piece of acetate so that it kept its airy feel and added another punched piece to the back.
Recipe
-Punch Martha Stewart
-Stamp Penny Black
-Bling clear
-Dazzling Diamonds Glitter SU
-Eyelets, Turquoise

A Little House Mouse
Happy Wednesday! Happy because the week is half over. Sorry for no posts lately but there's been no Mojo here as I've had the flu over the last week. Didn't even have the energy to post the couple of cards that were already done. I'm on the mend now though so will hopefully have some energy to get something creative done soon.
This is one that I did a couple of weeks ago and I love that it's so simple. The snowflake border is stamped and embossed with bridal tinsel. The stamp is House Mouse. I watered coloured it and then put glitter on the wreath. I couldn't capture this with the picture but it is quite pretty. Thanks for stopping by-Tania

First Christmas Card of the Year
Well its that time of year again. Time to start work on the Christmas cards that will be kitted for retreats and crazy cropper events. This is the first of what will be many many more probably mostly Penny Black cards. Who could resist with all the new releases they've come up with for this year, certainly not me (Sorry I'm hopelessly addicted). This is also a magic card I swear the day I started work on it the weather started to cool off a nice change from our 37C weather of the last few weeks. Will help the many fires burning out of control in this area fizzel out.-Thanks for stopping by-Tania

A Beary Cute PB B-Day card!
First off I have to say I just had the most wonderful time at the Crazy Croppers retreat weekend at Green Bay in Westbank it was definately a great "girls" weekend away and the food was fabulous. Time spend on the beach with the summer weather made it just like a resort stay. So sad that its all over though.
Had to Play with another new Penny Black set this one is called Teddy and company. The patterned paper for this is from Cosmo Cricket called Honey Pie: Ella. I created the sky and ground background using a recent tutorial on split coast stampers I however did not have the non stick craft sheet so I just used a piece of acetate and I used glossy card stock instead of regular cardstock. I just took a green ink pad(certainly celery) and a blue ink pad (soft sky) and swiped them onto the acetate then spritzed on water and placed the glossy Card glossy side down onto the mixture. I then repeated this about three times to get the effect making sure the cardstock dried in between.
The images are coloured with water colour pencils and the bear is popped up with foam tape. Thanks for stopping by.-Tania

Happy Easter!
Happy Easter to everyone!
Just a quick post this morning to show you the little goodie package I made to send to my Aunt.I used the Cute Card Thursday challenge 55 -Marshmallows and Chocolate (Which was to use the colours Pink and Brown).
We don't get to see each other nearly enough. So when I thought about what to give her I came up with, wouldn't it be nice to share a cup of coffee while we had a little chat. So I'm putting a sample pack of coffee in this cute little holder that she can brew while she reads my letter and looks at the pictures I sent.I hope she enjoys it!
