Whimsy, Wee stamps Berry
This is the cutest image by Sylvia Zet. Holly is the perfect topper I just loved colouring her. Can't wait to try more of my stamps by this wonderful artist.

Magnolia, Noel, Merry Christmas Card
The first Magnolia Card I made as part of a set for my daughters birthday. She always asks for a few special ones to give out at Christmas so thought that it was a perfect gift. I used a stamp from a few seasons ago that I absolutely love and used my new snowflake swirls background.

Snow Swirls Whimsy Wee Stamp Card

I have quite the collection of Christmas Cards this year and with the technical difficulties that kept me from posting last year fixed I'm looking forward to sharing them with you. This the first one that I did using the cutest Whimsy Wee stamp image. I wanted to give the illusion that snowflakes were swirling around her and I think it was accomplished on this card. I didnt really embellish it at all just kept it simple so that the focus was on the image.
Hope that you have a MERRY CHRISTMAS

Marvelous Magnolia Challenge #60 Pretty Pearls

Well time to get back creating after a little post Christmas break. This is my latest DT prodject for Forget Me Not Scrapbooking. I thought with Valentines Day just around the corner it would be nice to go with that as a theme. Its also my entry in Challenge#60 Pretty Pearls over at Marvelous Magnolia Challenge. The sentiment on the front say Sending You Love And A Great Big... so I added the Hug on the inside of the card shown below.
I've added lots of flowers and some punched and glittered hearts that i have sandwiched wire in so I could bend them around to add dimension. some pearls finish off the centers of the larger flowers.
A close up of Tilda.
A close up of the flower arrangement. Hope everyone checks out the design team creations and that you have a great week.

Merry Christmas And A Happy New Year To You!
Just a quick post to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and to thank-you for all of your kind comments. This will likely be the last card I post for this year and the last set of challenges I enter.
For this card I have used the lovely "Holly" from Wee stamps she was so much fun to colour. I have used some BoBunny DP from the 6x6 paper pad called Silver & Gold thought it fit in nicely as it has holly branches all over it. I had to add some sparkle to it so I added red Stickles berries to it and edged it with Platinum Stickles.
Some DooHickey Poinsettia flowers in the corner and a few snowflakes to top it all off and voila my final card of the year.
I'm entering it in Cute Card Thursday's Challenge #301 Anything Goes
and MMagnolialicious Month Long Challenge

Nothing Warms You Up Like a Cup Of Tea and Friends
Its "Anything Goes" At Simon Says Wednesday Weekly Challenge this week. Perfect place to put the only non Christmas project that I've worked on lately. This idea was just to cute not to try.
I've used a teacup template that you can find here at Paperlicious Designs and a Stampavie stamp that I've had for a while but never inked, it was the perfect size to add to this cup. I've tried to decorate the cup as detailed and delicately as a real china cup and really like the way this turned out.
If you want more inspiration check out Sandra's scrap blog as she came up with a wonderful design as well.

Penny Black Saturday Challenge-November "Sparklers"
Today I have a card to post for the Penny Black Saturday Challenge for November with the theme "sparklers". Try as I might I could not get my camera to actually pick up the sparkle on this one, but the tree, snow and bells are all glittered up and sparkly in real life.
As the image was so large on this one I've kept it really simple. It will also be a lot easier to send in the post this way. I have to remember to do a few more this way! He he its hard though.
That's it for today, Hope everyone has a great week.

Vintage Tilda on 3D Star
Today I thought I'd show you a DT prodject I did this weekend for Tara at Forget Me Not Scrapbooking to show off Vintage Tilda. It's also my entry for this weeks MDUC Challenge #223 Jinglebells and this weeks Simply Magnolia Challenge-Over the Edge. I've been waiting to try one of these 3 D Stars for a while and thought since all I seem to do for the store is cards that this would be a nice change. So I searched around the net to find a template and found one at Sandra's Scrap Shop, but I did not have Paypal so I found one here 3D Star Template. There's also rumours that it might be in the Christmas issue of Magnolia Ink, but as I havn't got mine yet I'm not sure.
I printed two templates, shaped them both and glued them back to back so that the star is truly 3D. Then I've added Patterned paper cut just a little bit smaller to decorate the star.
I've used a doilly die cut glued to the middle of the star as a base to attach my sentiment and Tilda to.
Then I went a little crazy with the embellishments. Some Fabric Stars from a star ribbon, jingle bells, DooHickey Poinsettias, Swirls, string pearl sprays, ribbon and leaves.Oh I almost forgot I've added paper glaze to the bobble ornament, too.
I've inked the edges of the star with distress ink and added Stickles here and there to add some shine.
Thanks for popping by make sure you check out the amazing creations that both design teams made as well as the other entries.
Hugs,
