Punched Border Penny Black Card

This card was a complete accident. I needed snowflakes for another project so I punched them out the nearest scrap I could find. Then I wanted to use the cute little mouse as a cut out and grabbed the same scrap and stamped him but I liked the way it looked so much I didn't cut it out I made it into a card. I attached the paper to a piece of acetate so that it kept its airy feel and added another punched piece to the back.

Recipe

-Punch Martha Stewart
-Stamp Penny Black
-Bling clear
-Dazzling Diamonds Glitter SU
-Eyelets, Turquoise

A Little House Mouse

Happy Wednesday! Happy because the week is half over. Sorry for no posts lately but there's been no Mojo here as I've had the flu over the last week. Didn't even have the energy to post the couple of cards that were already done. I'm on the mend now though so will hopefully have some energy to get something creative done soon.

This is one that I did a couple of weeks ago and I love that it's so simple. The snowflake border is stamped and embossed with bridal tinsel. The stamp is House Mouse. I watered coloured it and then put glitter on the wreath. I couldn't capture this with the picture but it is quite pretty. Thanks for stopping by-Tania

Fair Entry

Our little town has a huge aggricultural fair every year, the IPE, they also have a home arts competition. I decided to enter because you get a discounted gate pass for the five days and since my DD was competing in the miniature horse classes I was able to go all five days. This is the card I entered, what a surprise it placed second.- Thanks for stopping by off to get my other daughter settled in for college-Hugs Tania
